TOMAC v. Norton, 05-5206

Summary judgment for agency defendant is affirmed over plaintiffs' meritless claims of error regarding defendant's decision to take certain land into trust under federal law for the purpose of becoming part of an Indian tribe's reservation to be used in part for a proposed casino.
