Bradley v. Nat. Assoc. of Sec. Dealers Dispute Resolution, Inc., 03-7024

Dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) of plaintiff's complaint against defendant, an agency's dispute resolution program administrator, as time-barred is affirmed since plaintiff was on inquiry notice of her claims for arbitral malpractice.
