Am. Bar Ass'n v. Fed. Trade. Comm'n, 04-5257, 04-5258

Grant of summary judgment for plaintiffs, bar associations, in an action for declaratory relief is affirmed where defendant-commission's attempt to regulate the practice of law under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act involving "financial institutions" fell outside its statutory authority.
