Kirkham v. Air France, 04-7209
In a negligence suit against defendant-French-owned airline, arising from injuries sustained in a Paris airport, the district court's finding of jurisdiction is affirmed where the claim falls within the -commercial activity- exception to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act since a ticket sale in the U.S. was necessary to establish plaintiff-s claim.
