Khan v. Parsons Global Servs., 04-7162
Summary judgment for defendant-employer in a tort claim arising out of a kidnapping is reversed where plaintiff should not have been found a "traveling employee" under the Workers' Compensation Act since his injuries were not reasonably related to or incidental to his employment.
