Pigford v. Johanns, 04-5171

In an action by black farmers against the United States Department of Agriculture, alleging racial discrimination in the administration of federally-funded credit programs, the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiff's motions for relief from stipulated deadlines under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b)(5).
