Porter v. Natsios, 04-5061
Although plaintiff prevailed in his retaliation claim, the district court did not abuse its discretion in determining, under 42 U.S.C. section 2000e-5(g)(1), that back pay and a GS-15 placement did not constitute appropriate equitable relief.
