TITANIUM METALS CORP. v. NLRB, 03-1345

Defendant's finding that plaintiff violated the National Labor Relations Act, for disciplining its employee, is reversed where defendant clearly erred in declining to defer to a settlement agreement between plaintiff and the labor union.
