SEC v. BILZERIAN, 03-5237

In an action to collect money due from a receivership estate, the district court properly rejected defendant-trustee's motion to dismiss on grounds that 1) the court lacked personal jurisdiction, 2) venue was improper, 3) the forum was not convenient, and 4) plaintiff failed to join a necessary party.
