In a "reverse" Freedom of Information Act case, the district court's decision to uphold defendant's release of information regarding the Over and Above Work Contractor Line-items (CLINs) is affirmed; however, judgment for defendant insofar as it approved release of option year prices and Vendor Pricing CLINs is reversed.
