BARR v. CLINTON, 03-7047

Court rejected Congressman Barr's claim that Clinton conspired with Larry Flynt and Hustler Magazine to disparage Barr in retaliation for his roll in Clinton's impeachment proceedings, based on expiration of the statute of limitations and plaintiff's failure to prove falsity, or disregard for the truth.
