Assuming that the elimination or reduction of men's wrestling teams by certain federally funded educational institutions (in their efforts to comply with the gender equity mandate of Title IX) constitutes an injury-in-fact, plaintiffs fail to demonstrate how a favorable judicial decision on the merits will redress that injury.
