CONSUMERS ENERGY CO. v. FERC, 03-1162

In granting Ontario Energy Trading International Corporation the authority to sell power in the US at market-based rates, the Commission properly found the Ontario Independent Electricity Market Operator service to be comparable to that required of companies in the US.
