SIERRA CLUB v. EPA, 02-1253

Plaintiff unsuccessfully petitions for review of defendant's promulgation, pursuant to Clean Air Act section 112, of regulations governing the emission of hazardous air pollutants from primary copper smelters. Defendant's emission standards are not arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, or contrary to law.
