United States DC Circuit

IN RE: SEALED CASE, 03-3008

District court committed harmless error in ruling that defendant's character evidence regarding his truthfulness and honesty was inadmissible. Because such evidence would have been cumulative and unlikely to overcome the strong evidence of his complicity in the May 15, 1999 events, his conviction is affirmed.
