SIOUX VALLEY RURAL TELEVISION INC. v. FCC, 02-1208, 02-1269

The Restructuring Order regarding bidding procedures for IVDS licenses was a lawful and reasonable exercise of the FCC's authority over spectrum auctions, and accordingly, petitioner's request for review is denied.
