CONSUMER FED'N OF AM. v. FCC, 02-1337, 02-1347

In a dispute arising during the FCC's review of a proposed merger between AT&T and Comcast, petition for review is dismissed, and FCC's decision to approve the license transfers is affirmed where the FCC's action resulted from consideration of the relevant factors and the agency has not succumbed to a clear error of judgment.
