SHAMROCK FOODS CORP. v. NAT'L LABOR RELATIONS BD., 02-1278
The NLRB's finding that petitioner violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, by discharging an employee for allegedly committing misconduct in the course of soliciting his co-workers for the union, is affirmed and application for enforcement granted where the NLRB properly concluded that petitioner had unlawfully interrogated an employee.
