AMEREN SERVS. CO. v. FERC, 02-1034

FERC correctly interpreted a settlement agreement between plaintiff and a municipal utilities company unambiguously prohibits plaintiff from adjusting utilities' distribution charge in order to take into account costs that plaintiff incurred before the effective date of their agreement.
