MORGAN v. FED. HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORP., 01-5403

Plaintiff failed to make out a prima facie case in a suit alleging a federal corporation's failure to hire him for three positions, based on race and in retaliation for having filed an EEOC complaint. Defendant proferred a non-discriminatory reason as to a fourth position.
