CASINO READY MIX, INC. v. NAT'L LABOR RELATIONS BD., 01-1471

Evidence supported an NLRB finding that an employer was determined not to assign one individual work and decided not to hire others because they were union organizers. Rejection of a "disabling conflict" defense was proper.
