United States DC Circuit

US v. GRAHAM, 00-3121

An FBI agent's testimony was relevant to the reliability of the wiretap evidence, and prosecutor's cross-examination of a key defense witness as to prior convictions was not plainly erroneous. District court improperly sentenced under section 841(b)(1)(A) after drug convictions.
