ATHRIDGE v. RIVAS, 01-7185/6
In a suit seeking to impose vicarious liability under the District of Columbia Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act, it could not be held that appellees presented evidence sufficient to overcome the statutory presumption of a car owner's consent to use a vehicle, and the district court should have allowed a jury to weigh the evidence.
