INT'L UNION OF PAINTERS AND ALLIED TRADES v. NLRB, 01-1242, 01-1323

The NLRB's application for enforcement of a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) granted, where apparent authority existed to bind the employer to the union contract, but the NLRB's finding that leasing language in the CBA's successorship clause must be excised as unlawful is reversed.
