LOZOWSKI v. MINETA, 01-5010

An officer of the Coast Guard was not treated unjustly or discriminated against based on her gender, when evidence showed that her assignment was reasonable as a way of meeting the needs of the service, and "downsides" to double-billeting the officer in the assignment of her choice existed.
