BROWNING v. CLINTON, 01-5050

In a claim alleging that former President Clinton and other actors conspired to defame a former female acquaintance of Mr. Clinton, and to prevent publication of her book, all claims were properly dismissed except intentional interference with business opportunity and civil conspiracy claims against Mr. Clinton.
