GRAND CANYON TRUST v. FEDERAL AVIATION ADMIN., 01-1154

In challenge to an FAA order approving actions necessary to allow construction of a replacement airport, order is remanded for FAA to evaluate the cumulative impact of noise pollution on the Park as a result of construction of the proposed airport in light of air traffic.
