CROCKETT v. ABRAHAM, 01-5075

In a suit against the Dept. of Energy, alleging a violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act for the failure to promote plaintiff to Ass't. Gen. Counsel, because competitor was more experienced and qualified than plaintiff in the areas deemed most critical for the position, summary judgment affirmed.
