STELLA v. MINETA, 00-5458
Because Congress passed a retroactive law granting jurisdiction for whistleblower claims by FAA employees to the Office of Special Counsel and the Merit Systems Protection Board, plaintiff's whistleblower claim, which was brought before the district court of DC, was properly dismissed for lack of jurisdiction; Title VII claim remanded.
