NAT'L ASSOC. OF LETTER CARRIERS v. NAT'L LABOR RELATIONS BD., 00-1390

Where union stewards prevent a non-union employee from filing a grievance, the NLRA gives the Board remedial discretion to remedy such practices, in party, by requiring the union to pay attorneys fees so that the non-union employee can hire outside counsel to pursue the grievance.
