INDEP. PETROLEUM ASS'N OF AMERICA v. DEWITT, 00-5404, 00-5405

In a suit over price valuation for gas charged by federal and Indian lessors to oil company lessees, the district court's finding that the department of the Interior's gas valuation rule, which disallowed the deduction of marketing costs, was unlawful, was reversed.
