MCKESSEN HBOC, INC. v. ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN, 00-7157, 00-7263

International Guaranty Agreement, which governs the resolution of claims against Iran to which the United States government and its instrumentalities are subrogated, does not apply to a private US corporation even if US government agency provided partial compensation for its loss.
