NAT'L COALITION TO SAVE OUR MALL v. NORTON, 01-5290

Public Law No. 107-11, 115 Stat. 19 (2001), which exempts construction of the World War II Memorial on the National Mall from judicial review, does not violate Article III of the Constitution.
