US v. ALAW, 00-5035, 00-5036, 00-5055, 00-5090 & 00-5148

Contributing to a demonstration within a few feet of a reproductive clinic's entrances has the foreseeable and intended consequence of constituting a "physical obstruction" in violation of the Freedom of Access To Clinic Entrances Act, 18 USC 248, because patients are compelled to enter the clinic through a "crowded and chaotic" rear entrance.
