HOFFMAN PLASTIC COMPOUNDS, INC. v. NAT'L LABOR RELATIONS BD., 98-1570
The National Labor Relations Board can order backpay awards to undocumented discriminatees so long as the awards reflect the discriminatees' actual losses, and the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 does not prohibit such limited backpay awards.
