US v. THOMPSON, 99-3120

Uncontradicted evidence in the record shows that anonymous tip to police that appellant was carrying a gun bore indicia of reliability, and where defendant's conduct itself gave the police further reasonable cause to suspect that he was engaged in unlawful activity, evidence need not be suppressed.
