Tommie Lee Harris v. K. Harris, 16-55083
Reversed and remanded. A state prisoner’s in forma pauperis status was revoked because he had three prior strikes under the Prison Litigation Reform Act. The panel reversed, holding that because the prior cases were not dismissed on grounds enumerated in Section 1915(g), they did not qualify as strikes.
