Pizzuto v. Blades, Array
Affirmed. Pizzuto’s habeas corpus petition challenged the Idaho Supreme Court’s 2008 decision that his execution was not barred by a state law prohibiting execution of intellectually disabled offenders based on Atkins v. Virginia. Finding the decision did not contradict SCOTUS precedent, the panel affirms.
