Held that racial discrimination claims under 42 U.S.C. section 1981 may be subjected to compulsory arbitration. The plaintiff in this employment discrimination case contended that Section 1981 claims cannot be forced into arbitration. Disagreeing, the Ninth Circuit affirmed an order compelling arbitration.
