Affirmed. The government appealed from a grant of habeas relief to defendant. Defendant was convicted and received an enhanced sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA). Defendant argued that the crime he was convicted of no longer qualified as a predicate felony under the ACCA. The appellate court agreed.
