Prado v Barr, 17-72914

Board of Immigration ruled that plaintiff's conviction for possession of marijuana made her removable even though a California Proposition reclassified the charge as a misdemeanor. The court held that partial expungement or reclassification of a crime does not eliminate the immigration consequences of a conviction.
