Crawford v. Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport Authority, Guam, 17-16942
Held that the plaintiff could not proceed with his proposed class action lawsuit alleging due process and equal protection violations in connection with his attempts to be compensated for ancestral land in Guam. The land was taken by the government around the time of World War II and is now used for the operation of an international airport. Affirmed summary judgment against his claims.
