US v. Hill, 17-35719

Affirmed the denial of habeas relief to a federal inmate who alleged that he had accepted a plea agreement based on misinformation. He claimed he was led to believe that if he turned down the plea deal he would be subject to an Armed Career Criminal Act 15-year minimum sentence, which turned out to be incorrect based on the subsequent development of case law.
