Islas-Veloz v. Whitaker, 15-73120

Upheld a Board of Immigration Appeals ruling that a noncitizen was removable. His Washington conviction for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes constituted a crime involving moral turpitude. Rejected his contention that the phrase "crime involving moral turpitude" is unconstitutionally vague.
