Hines v. Youseff, 15-16145

Held that California officials had qualified immunity from claims that they exposed inmates to a heightened risk of contracting Valley Fever. The inmates alleged that the disease exposure was cruel and unusual punishment in violation of the Eighth Amendment. Reversed in part.
