LL Liquor, Inc. v. State of Montana, 17-35405

Held that the State of Montana did not violate the Contracts Clause when it changed the pricing formula for liquor sold to privately owned, state-approved liquor stores. Affirmed summary judgment to Montana, which heavily regulates liquor sales.
