Local Joint Executive Board of Las Vegas v. Mirage Casino-Hotel, Inc., 16-16754
Held that a Las Vegas hotel and casino did not deserve to prevail on a grievance filed by a union representing food and beverage workers. A labor arbitrator erroneously concluded that the dispute was not arbitrable. Reversed and remanded with instructions to vacate the arbitration decision.
