Hoang v. Bank of America, N.A., 17-35993
Reinstated a borrower's Truth in Lending Act lawsuit seeking to rescind a loan for which the lender allegedly made improper disclosures. Held that the suit was not time-barred because the borrower had brought it within six years, which was the most analogous state statute of limitations. Reversed a dismissal.
