United States Ninth Circuit
Martinez-De Ryan v. Whitaker, 15-70759
In an amended opinion, upheld a Board of Immigration Appeals decision denying an alien's application for cancellation of removal. The Mexico citizen argued unsuccessfully that she did not commit a crime involving moral turpitude when she bribed a Department of Motor Vehicle official to issue fraudulent identification documents and that the statutory phrase "crime involving moral turpitude" is unconstitutionally vague.
