United States Ninth Circuit

Melgoza-Guerrero v. Whitaker, 15-72080

Held that the phrase "particularly serious crime" in a federal immigration statute, 8 U.S.C. section 1231(b)(3)(B)(ii), is not unconstitutionally vague on its face. Denied in part and granted in part an alien's petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals final order of removal.
